Service and price
QUIZVIX is an entertainment game with visual, logic and memory questions. It is not a psychological or medical assessment. The first 100 levels are free. PRO unlocks all 1000 levels for €2.99 per month. Stripe Checkout displays the final price and applicable tax information before payment confirmation.
Subscription and invoices
The subscription renews automatically each month and charges your selected payment method until cancelled. PRO activates after confirmed payment. Access may be restricted if the next billing period is unpaid. PDF invoices are available in your account and sent electronically to your email. Stripe processes payment details; we do not store card numbers on our server.
Cancellation, withdrawal and complaints
You can cancel at any time in the customer portal. Cancelling renewal preserves access until the end of the paid period. Your statutory consumer rights, including withdrawal, remedies for faulty services and refunds where applicable, remain unaffected. Send a request or complaint to the operator’s contact email. Requesting a refund is different from cancelling the next renewal. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz) handles out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in Czechia.
Personal data
The operator below is the data controller. To manage accounts, provide the subscription and issue invoices, we process your email, nickname, password hash, language, game results, orders and payment identifiers. A necessary secure cookie maintains the account session; guest results and language are stored in your browser. We share relevant data with Stripe for payments and our email service provider for message delivery. Account data is kept while the account exists; invoices are retained as required by law. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. Deleting an account does not override mandatory invoice retention. You may complain to your supervisory authority, including the Czech authority ÚOOÚ (uoou.gov.cz). Registration does not authorize marketing emails. For invitations we also store a random code, the inviting account, five distinct played levels and granted bonuses. Public links contain no email or name.
Share & bonus levels
Invite a new player. After email verification and five different levels, you both get 25 bonus levels. Maximum 200 bonus levels per account. Sharing alone does not grant a reward. One invitation per new account. Bonus levels are not money and cannot be transferred. Invitation applied: verify your email and play five different levels.
Daily leagues, rankings and non-cash prizes
FREE and PRO leagues are separate. The server assigns your league for the week based on your account at your first daily entry. Each day provides 10 questions and only one ranked attempt per verified account. Weekly prizes require at least 3 completed days. FREE league: first place receives 7 days of PRO, second 3 days, third 1 day; places 4–10 receive up to 25 additional bonus levels within the existing 200-level cap. PRO league: first place earns 21 PRO days, second 14 days, third 7 days. The monthly PRO champion receives a permanent honorary title and Hall of Fame entry, not money; qualification requires 12 completed PRO days and the 20 best daily scores count. Scores and prizes can be reviewed if fraudulent play is suspected. Public rankings display your chosen nickname, points and competition days. The game uses Prague local time. Earned PRO prize days start after any current paid PRO access ends; they do not postpone, pause or refund your Stripe subscription payments. Awards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Advertising and consent
The FREE version may show Google H5 Games Ads at natural game breaks or optional rewarded videos after appropriate consent. The reward is cosmetic only and does not affect competitive scores, league positions or Stripe payments. Depending on your choices, Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers and process data for advertising and measurement. Details of purposes, partners and consent changes are available in the certified consent management platform privacy settings. PRO access does not request Google ads. No ad or reward is guaranteed if inventory is unavailable.
